Business Process Outsourcing

Interim CFO positions across Upstream, Retail and Logistics businesses, tasked with stabilising the operations, change-out and establishment of new teams and reinvigorating performance.  General Management of a gas logistics business spanning all states of Australia – with 50 terminals, 500 owned and contracted vehicles and a large distributor and dealer network

Internal Audit

Development and implementation of an audit and compliance framework for the stand-alone Pacific Islands operations of a major energy company; which ensured reduction in instances of systematic control failures and fraud.
